Coronation Street actor Tony Maudsley has issued a social media appeal for help locating his friend's son, 26-year-old Dylan Mandaracas, who has been missing for eight days. Dylan was last seen on CCTV walking along Walmley Close in Birmingham near the Fox Stonehouse Pub at 6pm on Wednesday, October 28.
Appeal for Information
West Midlands Police have asked that anyone who sees Dylan call 999 or 111, quoting reference 3721-021126. The 58-year-old actor recently shared news of the disappearance on his Instagram, reposting a LinkedIn message from Dylan's father.
In the caption, Maudsley wrote: 'Posting this for a close friend whose son has gone missing. Hoping the power of social media can help this desperate family. Please share far & wide.'

Many of Maudsley's followers commented on the post, with actress Kym Marsh among those hoping Dylan will be found soon. Maudsley has played George Shuttleworth in Coronation Street since 2020, running the funeral parlour with Todd Grimshaw and appearing as brother to bartender Glenda Shuttleworth.
In recent weeks, his character George has supported partner Christina Boyd following news about her daughter Rachel, while Christina hopes to build a relationship with young Lucy, the granddaughter she never knew existed.
