Loose Women star Coleen Nolan has been branded the new Jeremy Clarkson, but fans are not convinced quite yet.
During ITV's This Morning, a heartwarming segment was shown of Coleen's home life on her farm. Coleen has embraced a busy and hands-on lifestyle at her farm in Dilhorne, Staffordshire Moorlands, where she manages much of the day-to-day work alongside her family.
The farm is home to around 30 pets and animals, including horses such as Paddy and Bojack, as well as goats, cats and chickens. In the segment, they also showed Coleen's children, who live close by. Her daughter, Ciara, and her partner live in a separate annex on the property, allowing them to remain nearby while maintaining their own space. Meanwhile, her son, who lives close by, also featured in the piece.
Presenters Compare Nolan to Clarkson
Once the footage ended, the camera returned to presenters Craig Doyle and Angela Scanlon in the This Morning studio. Craig said: "Honestly, how happy does she look?" Angela agreed and then added: "I know. The new Jeremy Clarkson."
But fans online weren't too sure if they needed yet another celebrity-based farm programme. Heading over to X, formerly known as Twitter, viewers shared their thoughts. One viewer said: "Oh here we go, a reality series in the making." Another penned: "The last thing UK tv needs is yet another 'celebrity with a farm' show."
Mixed Reactions From Viewers
Meanwhile, another viewer used a GIF to express that they're "not interested". Despite the criticism, some fans did mention that they would enjoy seeing more of Coleen doing the special farm feature on her own.
For Coleen owning a farm in North Staffordshire was more than simply a lifestyle choice, it was the fulfilment of a lifelong childhood dream. Coleen bought the six-acre property in 2024 because of her deep love for animals and her desire to have enough space to care for them.
Describing herself as "animal crazy", she wanted a home where her numerous pets and rescue animals could have plenty of room to roam and where she could devote more of her time to looking after them. The farm has also become an important escape from the pressures of everyday life and her career in television. Coleen has described the property as her "happy place", where she can switch off and enjoy the company of her animals. This Morning airs weekdays from 10am on ITV1.
