Clarkson's Farm Star Harriet Cowan Says Jeremy Missed Trick

Harriet Cowan, a breakout star from the Amazon Prime series Clarkson's Farm, has suggested that Jeremy Clarkson missed a prime opportunity when she visited Diddly Squat Farm with her father for the Cereals 2026 farming event.

During the event, which featured numerous stalls, attractions, and food outlets, one area called the Soil Hole examined 'the science of regenerative agriculture,' according to signage. In a clip shared on her YouTube channel, Cowan and her father joked that it should have been named Clarkson's Hole instead.

She asked her dad: 'What we found?' He replied: 'Jeremy's hole.' Harriet added: 'This should say Jeremy's hole. He really missed a trick there.'

Harriet Cowan's Rise to Fame

Cowan, 25, emerged as a standout personality on Clarkson's Farm and has since become a recognized figure in her own right. However, sudden fame came with consequences. She told Hello! magazine: 'When the show first came out, I turned my phone off for a while because I was like, "This is insane." ... I was being recognised by patients.'

She left her full-time role as a nurse but hasn't ruled out a return: 'I've still got my PIN - I will keep that because I worked so hard to become a nurse.'

Working with Jeremy Clarkson

In an interview with the Fed by Farmers podcast, Cowan described Clarkson as 'marmite' and said: 'I love that guy, I think he just doesn't care which is great. He was like a father figure to me when I was there, he was really lovely.'

She also praised Clarkson's impact on farming, particularly for women: 'It's a lot better than it ever has been. I think there's certain things certain places certain people that they aren't happy with it, and I think before like Clarkson's people would be like she don't have a clue.'
