Britney Spears' Son Jayden Seen Driving Her Mercedes Convertible After Her DUI Arrest

Britney Spears' youngest son, Jayden Federline, has been observed taking a solo drive in his mother's luxury Mercedes-Benz convertible, merely a week following her arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence. The 19-year-old departed from Spears' residence in Thousand Oaks, California, earlier this month, focusing intently on the road as he navigated the tranquil suburban streets in the sleek vehicle.

Health Food Store Visit with Girlfriend

The day after his drive, Jayden was accompanied by his girlfriend during a visit to the trendy health food establishment Erewhon, located in the neighboring city of Calabasas. The couple browsed the popular store before queuing for food. Jayden's girlfriend, dressed in a bikini top paired with sweatpants, exited the store carrying one of their nutritious smoothies.

Background on Spears' Family and Arrest

Britney Spears shares Jayden and his older brother, Sean Preston, aged 20, with her former husband, Kevin Federline. The couple's marriage lasted from 2004 until their divorce in 2007. Spears was arrested on March 4 in Ventura County by the California Highway Patrol on suspicion of DUI. She was released the following morning.

Representatives for Spears subsequently issued a statement to the Daily Mail, describing the incident as "an unfortunate incident that is completely inexcusable." The statement continued, "Britney is going to take the right steps and comply with the law and hopefully this can be the first step in long overdue change that needs to occur in Britney's life." It added that her loved ones are formulating a plan to support her well-being.

Details of the Arrest Incident

During a 911 call, dispatchers and officers provided real-time descriptions of the incident. A dispatcher reported, "A black sedan, erratic braking, swerving and driving with no tail light." An officer then requested additional units to the area. The vehicle involved was later identified as a 2026 black BMW convertible.

Police reportedly discovered Adderall inside Spears' vehicle. The pills are undergoing testing to ascertain if they are pure Adderall or contain other substances. Los Angeles-based attorney Tre Lovell informed the Daily Mail that if the substance tests positive for a narcotic, Spears could potentially face jail time. Conversely, if narcotics were not involved, she would not be subject to incarceration. It remains unconfirmed whether the singer was under the influence during the incident.

Support from Former Personal Assistant

Sean Phillips, Spears' former personal assistant and long-time friend, spoke on her behalf during an appearance on Good Morning Britain, stating she was "okay." He expressed, "She is such a great person and we all make mistakes. It makes me feel bad when she suffers such public mistakes. I want the world to know she's a great person...We all make mistakes."

Phillips added that he would like to see the pop star relocate from Los Angeles, noting that she remains the "same Britney that I knew in 2003." He further commented, "You have to think about who else is she associating herself with," though he did not elaborate further.

Other individuals close to Spears, including her ex-partners Sam Asghari and Kevin Federline, have also publicly commented following her arrest.
