Emma Morgan, the 54-year-old beautician and mother of five who rose to fame on Big Brother last year, has revealed she lost over a stone after swapping her daily habit of drinking six cans of Coke for water. The former glamour model said she had struggled with low energy and motivation due to menopause and a busy schedule, and found fad diets 'soul destroying'.
Morgan reached out to online habits coach Adam Wilson for help. Wilson shared on Instagram that he replaced her six cans of Coke with 2.5 litres of water daily, which he said boosted her energy, focus and mood. He also created an easy-to-follow plan with weekly check-ins.
After losing over a stone, Morgan posted before and after pictures on Instagram, thanking Wilson. 'Just wanted to say a huge thank you Adam for helping me achieve what I set out to achieve,' she said. 'Honestly you have got it off to a T. Encouragement, knowledge, accountability, compassion. I could go on.'
Morgan, who now works as an aesthetics practitioner, was a glamour model for 12 years and appeared twice as an extra on Coronation Street before entering the Big Brother house in 2024. She finished third in the competition and became a fan favourite for her bubbly personality.
Reflecting on her Big Brother experience, she wrote on Instagram: 'To come out 3rd and to feel so much love and support is beyond words. I've made some lifelong friends and shared this journey with them creating bonds like no other. This has been the most crazy experience but I wouldn't change it for the world.'
