Lisa Armstrong Finally Severs Last Link to Ant McPartlin with Sale of Former Marital Home

Make-up artist Lisa Armstrong has finally cut all ties with her ex-husband Ant McPartlin after selling their former marital home in west London. The five-bedroom property, described as the 'last link' to the troubled relationship, has been sold subject to contracts for £3.2 million after being on the market for over two years.

The couple originally purchased the house for £2.3 million in 2006. Armstrong had been renting it out following their divorce but faced setbacks, including a fire in September 2023 that caused over £1 million in damages. The property was initially listed for £4 million in May 2024 and features an 80ft south-facing rear garden, a garden studio, a gym, and a cinema room.

A source said Armstrong was 'delighted that the last remnants of her marriage have been finally put to bed.' The sale comes after the death of her dog Hurley, another link to McPartlin, which ended any contact between the former couple. Hurley had been at the centre of a custody battle during their divorce.

Armstrong divorced McPartlin in January 2018, shortly before he crashed into two cars while over twice the drink-drive limit. He later admitted drink-driving, was fined £86,000, and received a 20-month ban. McPartlin, now 50, is married to his former assistant Anne-Marie Corbett, and they have a son, Wilder, born in May 2024.

Since the divorce, Armstrong has built an impressive property portfolio. Reportedly receiving a £31 million settlement, she bought a house near Oxford for over £700,000 in 2024 and another £3.8 million home in west London in 2020.
