Strictly Week 3: Ian Waite warns Josh to 'find his funny'

Strictly Come Dancing's third week begins at 6.15pm on BBC One, with 14 couples returning to the dancefloor after Chris Appleton and Amy Dowden were eliminated last week.

Former Strictly pro Ian Waite, who appeared on the show from 2004 until 2010, has issued a warning to new host Josh Widdicombe. Speaking to the Mirror, Waite said the comedian needs to "find his funny".

Waite's warning to Josh

"I think Josh will come into his own," Waite explained. "I think he just needs to find his feet and find his funny because he is so funny and we have yet to really see that."

Waite also commented on the hosting line-up, saying: "I'm surprised that they put him with Emma. But maybe things will change throughout the series, and maybe they'll move things around."
