Strictly Come Dancing odds for who will be eliminated from the show this week have been listed. Former professional dancer Ola Jordan has also shared her verdict on which celebrities could be at risk of heading home.
The iconic BBC show returned on Saturday night as the remaining couples took to the dancefloor for the third time. But unfortunately, one celebrity's Strictly journey will come to an end. The outcome of the public vote will be announced during Sunday's results show.
Ola Jordan's bottom two predictions
However, Ola Jordan has revealed the three celebrities who could find themselves in the bottom two. These include former footballer Shaun Wright-Phillips, Gavin and Stacey actress Melanie Walters and also Emmerdale star Lawrence Robb.
Sharing her prediction with Mecca Bingo, Ola said: "I think Melanie could be at risk this weekend. She’s dancing the Charleston, and she wasn’t that great last week, so I can see her ending up in the bottom two. Shaun is also dancing the Quickstep, and I’m not sure how well he’s going to do with that one."
"Lawrence could also find himself in the bottom two. He’s dancing the Rumba, and I don’t think he’ll have the softness in his body needed for that dance, so I think he could struggle."
"Ultimately, it all depends on who ends up in the bottom two and how they perform in the dance-off. But if Melanie finds herself there, I think she’ll be the one to go."
Melanie performed a Charleston with her professional partner Aljaz Skorjanec, but found herself at the bottom end of the leaderboard with a score of 17.
Bookmaker odds for next elimination
Online bookmaker Grosvenor Sport has also revealed the latest odds on which celebrity is tipped to leave the competition next, where Dame Sarah Storey joins Melanie among the favourites to leave.
Simon Kew, spokesperson for Grosvenor Sport, said: "Shaun Wright-Phillips is the 7/4 favourite to be the next celebrity eliminated from Strictly, despite showing signs of improvement in Week two."
"However, he remains in the bottom half of the leaderboard, meaning he’ll need to keep building on that progress to avoid this weekend’s dance-off."
He added: "Dame Sarah Storey is next at 9/4, followed by Melanie Walters at 13/4. Sarah improved her score from 15 to 24 points in Week 2, while Melanie remains at the foot of the combined leaderboard after scoring just 15 points for a second consecutive week. With both still among the lowest-ranked celebrities, the odds suggest they could be under pressure again this weekend."
