Strictly Come Dancing viewers were left stunned during Icons Week when Dame Sarah Storey and Julian Caillon received a surprise video message from Shania Twain. The moment came after the pair performed a Tango to the singer's hit 'That Don't Impress Me Much' on Saturday's live show.
Surprise video message
After the routine, the couple headed upstairs to chat with host Johannes Radebe, unaware of the surprise in store. Johannes presented a heartwarming video message from Shania Twain, who said: "Hello, Sarah and Julian. I hear you're dancing the Tango to 'That Don't Impress Me Much.'"
She added: "I wanted to wish you both all the luck in the world. And I hope you impress those judges, I know you will. And who knows? Maybe you can come and show me those tango moves in person at one of my UK shows very soon. Let's go, girls."

The duo were utterly floored by the message, with Julian exclaiming "she knows who we are!" Fans were equally shocked, with one viewer posting: "No way! !" Another enthused: "OMG SHANIA! ! I thought there'd be one Icon message but never Shania! Diva." A third person chimed in: "Shaniaaaaa what a queen."
Yet another ecstatic fan exclaimed: "WHAT THE F***," with a final viewer adding: "We got actual Shania! ! !"

The show also saw judges Anton Du Beke and Craig Revel Horwood morph into Oasis stars Liam and Noel Gallagher, while Shirley Ballas channelled Lady Gaga and Motsi Mabuse transformed into Beyonce.
Even more icons will be celebrated in Sunday's results show, with a tribute to the late Dolly Parton as singer Belles performs Jolene in the Strictly ballroom, accompanied by a dance from Amy Dowden and Kai Widdrington. The professionals will also explore Madonna's discography for their latest group number.
