Katie Price's Husband Lee Andrews Begs Her to Start GoFundMe for Prison Release
Katie Price's Husband Begs for GoFundMe to Leave Dubai Jail

Katie Price's husband, Lee Andrews, has pleaded with her to launch a GoFundMe campaign to raise the £140,000 needed for his release from Dubai's Al Awir prison. Despite initial reports suggesting a four-figure sum, the amount required has now been revealed to be significantly higher.

Lee Andrews' Plea for Help

Although Lee claims to be a millionaire and could potentially afford the sum himself, he is now relying on his wife to assist. However, Katie has made it clear she will not use her own money and has rejected the idea of a public fundraising page. During a phone call, she bluntly told him, 'No one will do that for you, Lee, trust me. Everyone hates you.'

Life Behind Bars

Despite the grim conditions at Al Awir, Lee has described his time in prison as far from unpleasant. He claims to have befriended Daniel Kinahan, an alleged criminal arrested in Dubai after a joint operation between Irish and UAE authorities. Lee told Katie that he has had dinner and breakfast with Kinahan, whom he described as 'all right, actually.' He also mentioned that they speak Gaelic to avoid being understood by prison guards.

Katie's Doubts About Their Relationship

While Katie insists she is still deeply in love with Lee and trusts him, she has admitted their relationship may be nearing its end. She stated, 'I need answers, and if I don't like the answers, I'll be gone.' Speaking to a newspaper, she added, 'I'm 48. I don't need to waste my time. We get along really well and he's so intelligent... As much as I want to listen to the women, I know what a good woman I am.'

Katie also warned fans not to treat her as a 'mug,' saying she is 'protected' and 'taking notes.' She explained, 'There is no way he would mess with me, and in a way, I feel protected because I have the nation looking out for me. I'm not a mug, and when I finally see Lee, I am going to question him. And if the answers I get are not right, that will be it: I'll be done.'

Public Opinion

Over the weekend, Katie appeared on stage at Canterbury Pride and asked the crowd whether she should leave her husband. 'I want to hear it from you guys, do I leave Lee or stay with him?' she asked, prompting an immediate cheer from the audience.
