Julia Bradbury topless in happiness post after family confession

Former Countryfile star Julia Bradbury shared a daring new video on Instagram, stripping off in her garden to promote happiness. The presenter, 56, faced the trees with her bare back to the camera, jumping up and down with glee and her arms stretched wide. Her hair was tied in a bun, and her long-sleeved top was rolled down to her waist, but she maintained privacy by covering her chest when she turned to the camera.

Inspirational audio and caption

The clip was paired with audio of an inspirational quote that read: "One day you will understand that happiness was always about learning how to live with yourself. That your happiness was never in the hands of others. One day you’ll realise that true happiness comes from within."

In the caption, the ex-Watchdog star wrote: "For you. Share this with someone who needs reminding today. Our happiness is never in the hands of others. #reminder #lifelessons #selfcare #selfworth #happiness."

Fan reactions

Thousands of Julia's 338,000 followers rushed to the comments with support. One praised: "Julia, I think the whole of the UK is with you. What you've achieved is absolutely fantastic." Another added: "This has truly brightened up my Saturday evening, thank you, Julia."

One fan joked: "I thought I'd join you. The only problem was I don't have a garden, but the people on the number 57 bus were very appreciative." Another wrote: "Gorgeous girl never fails to amaze me. More power to you, Julia."

Family confession

The post follows an emotional confession in which the presenter revealed her 88-year-old mother, Chrissi, is now "slowing down" as she opened up about her health. Julia shared a heart-warming video of her mother dipping her feet into the sea in Greece while holding hands with her 14-year-old grandson, Zephyr.

Alongside the video, the TV star wrote: "You can't live forever. But you can live well. My Mama Mou is 88 and slowing down.. she's on pills to keep her blood pressure down and her heart rate steady. Her kidneys aren't doing well, and she wants to sleep a lot. So making the most of the time she's awake and feeling 'OK' is important."
