Jessie Buckley Wins Best Actress at Critics' Circle Film Awards

Irish actress Jessie Buckley added another accolade to her growing collection on Sunday, winning Best Actress at the Critics' Circle Film Awards in London for her role in 'Hamnet'. The ceremony, held at the May Fair Hotel, celebrates cinematic excellence as chosen by the London Critics' Circle.

Buckley, who starred in Chloe Zhao's adaptation of Maggie O'Farrell's novel, dazzled on the red carpet in a pearlescent white sequinned gown with a relaxed silhouette, high neckline and long sleeves. She completed the 80s-inspired look with silver strappy heels, diamond stud earrings, and a brown-nude lipstick.

The actress attended the event alongside her co-stars Noah and Jacobi Jupe. Meanwhile, 'Wicked' star Cynthia Erivo received the Derek Malcolm Award for Innovation, wearing a form-fitting brown ruched gown with feature detailing at the back. 'Marty Supreme' actor Timothée Chalamet took home the Best Actor award, dressed in a black suit over a black vest.
