M&S Launches ‘Bake at Home’ S’mores Cookie Cup With Warm Gooey Upgrade
M&S Launches Bake at Home S’mores Cookie Cup Upgrade

Marks & Spencer has added a new S’mores Cookie Cup to its viral Cookie Cup range, and this time the dessert is designed to be heated up. Unlike previous versions, which are eaten cold, the new offering is billed as the retailer’s ‘first ever Bake at Home’ Cookie Cup.

The dessert features a milk chocolate chip cookie cup filled with dark and milk chocolate ganache. It is topped with chunky milk chocolate pieces, soft marshmallows and fudgy brownie, and requires 12 minutes in the oven, according to the retailer. It is priced from £3 and available in M&S Foodhalls nationwide.

What’s Inside the New S’mores Cookie Cup

The S’mores Cookie Cup is the latest addition to the range, which first launched in June 2025 with three flavours: Raspberry & White Chocolate, Extremely Chocolatey, and Hazelnut Praline. Since then, M&S has released several limited-edition options, including a Birthday Cake flavour, a Big Daddy version, and a Gingerbread & White Chocolate option at Christmas.

Fans have previously called the Cookie Cups ‘bloody delicious’ and ‘filthy’, and the new S’mores version has been described online as ‘banging’ and ‘delightful’.

Metro’s Taste Test

After baking the treat for 12 minutes, the reviewer noted that the cookie cup shell became soft while still maintaining a crunch, unlike the cold options. The chocolate ganache was rich and smooth, and the chocolate pieces melted into the centre when cut into. The warm brownie added a fudgy texture.

However, the marshmallow topping was described as ‘somewhat lost among all the chocolate’ and did not add much to the overall experience. A larger helping of marshmallow would have helped bring out the classic s’mores flavour, the reviewer said. Overall, the dessert was deemed ‘decadent and enjoyable’ for serious chocolate lovers, with the ready-to-bake twist considered a ‘real upgrade’.

Other New M&S Products

M&S has also unveiled a new ‘premium’ dog and cat food range called Paws & Pals, now available in M&S Foodhalls. The supermarket recently released a Collection Single Origin Dark Chocolate with Mint, which left fans divided, and introduced a mini version of the Blond Chocolate and Pistachio Bar costing £1.40. Last month, M&S brought back its 80s St Michael chocolates, which fans called ‘delicious madness’.
