A supply teacher has been banned from the classroom after admitting to creating a 'granny schoolteacher' OnlyFans account. Lyndi Corston, 62, was found guilty of unacceptable professional conduct and conduct that may bring the profession into disrepute by a Teaching Regulations Agency panel.
While working at Rye Community Primary School, Corston appeared in explicit videos on multiple pornographic websites, some paywalled and others publicly accessible. She created an OnlyFans account featuring nudity in 2024, and made sexually explicit videos between January 2023 and January 2025.
Her side job was discovered after a colleague saw an OnlyFans push notification on her phone in 2024. Although she initially claimed the account did not involve sexual acts and was not in her personal name, she later admitted to it. She was asked to close the account and signed an enhanced code of conduct, but was later identified on a pornographic website engaging in sexual activity.
Corston initially expressed no regret, citing her right to a private life, but later apologised. She claimed she believed the videos would be behind a private paywall, but the panel noted she fully consented and placed no limitations on their use. The panel stated she was 'plainly at risk of being recognised' and that teachers are expected to set a good example.
Corston has been banned indefinitely, with no right to appeal for two years.
