Nursery Worker Grabs Toddler's Arm in Shocking Incident

A nursery worker has been filmed allegedly grabbing a three-year-old boy's arm and shouting expletives in his face at a KinderCare Learning Centre in Kentucky, USA. The video, which has gone viral, shows the employee mistreating the child, leaving him traumatised.

The boy's mother, Brittany Farley, withdrew her son from the nursery after the footage emerged. She said she recognised her son's cry and shoes in the video, describing the moment as 'panic'. Farley had previously reported concerns to staff after her son claimed the same worker smacked him in the face, but no action was taken as there were no marks.

KinderCare confirmed the teacher is no longer employed and stated: 'Nothing is more important to us than the safety of the children in our programs. We do not tolerate this type of behaviour.' The incident was reported to state licensing, but police declined to prosecute the worker after reviewing the case.

Farley expressed her desire for the worker to never work with children again, stating: 'She doesn't deserve to work with children.' The nursery said it has been in communication with the family and emphasised that the actions of the teacher are not representative of their dedicated staff.
