Two individuals have been taken into custody following a stabbing incident in Rochdale. Emergency services responded to Spotland Road at approximately 7:18 PM on Tuesday, June 16.

Greater Manchester Police (GMP) reported that a man sustained serious injuries consistent with a knife wound. He was immediately transported to a hospital for treatment.
Scene and Investigation
Spotland Road was cordoned off in both directions near Mitchell Street on Tuesday night. Forensic investigators were observed collecting evidence, including photographs, and a property on Mitchell Street was searched. Debris, including a bloodied towel, was visible within the cordon. Officers and detectives conducted inquiries in the area.
