Police have launched a murder investigation following the fatal stabbing of a young man in Bury during the final moments of New Year's Eve.
Emergency Response Minutes Before Midnight
Officers from Greater Manchester Police were called to a residential address on Tarn Drive shortly before midnight on Tuesday, December 31st. They discovered a man, believed to be in his twenties, with serious injuries.
Despite the efforts of emergency services, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. A police spokesperson confirmed that his injuries were 'consistent with a stabbing'.
Two Suspects in Custody
