Man raped in Rotherham bus station toilets, police say

South Yorkshire Police have launched an investigation after a man was reportedly raped in the toilets of Rotherham Interchange on Frederick Street. The alleged incident occurred at around 1.45pm on Monday, May 28.

Police appeal for information

Officers have carried out forensic enquiries and reviewed CCTV footage, but a suspect has not yet been identified. Police are now sharing CCTV images of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.

The man is described as aged 30-35, of a stocky build, with straight black hair balding at the top, and a short beard. Police are urging anyone who recognises him or has any other information to come forward.
