A 52-year-old man has died following a collision between a motorbike and a car in Pontardawe. The incident occurred on the A4067, and a police investigation is underway.
Collision details
Officers were called to the scene close to the Glais Roundabout on the A4067 at 10.40pm on Friday, October 9. The man, from Crook, Durham, died at the scene. His next of kin has been informed.
Road closure and appeal
The road was closed in both directions between the Tesco roundabout and Mond Valley Golf Club but has since reopened.
A spokesperson from South Wales Police said: "An investigation into the collision is currently ongoing and officers are asking anyone with information or dashcam footage who is yet to speak to police to get in touch quoting reference 2600331858."
