Darts sensation Luke Littler has hit back after a fellow player accused him of parking his BMW 'like a t**t' in Wigan. The 19-year-old star's £39,000 custom-plate motor was spotted parked outside the Robin Park Leisure Centre in the town on October 4 - the day before he played at the World Youth Championship semi-finals being held there.
Facebook post sparks debate
Fellow player Jackson King, 18, took a picture and posted it to the "Parking/Driving Like A Tw** in Wigan!" page on Facebook. "Park like a t*** Luke Littler edition," he wrote.
Warrington-born Littler, who is nicknamed 'The Nuke', responded saying: "Class that," before explaining in a reply: "No spaces mate so seen the car in front was on the gravel so thought I would join."
Fans divided on parking job
Other commenters were divided on their opinion of the parking job. Joshua Fulton wrote: "The champ can park where he wants," while Ant Hayton wrote: "Did he park or land it?"
Littler's 2025 BMW 120 M Sport, which he reportedly purchased for £39,000, has a top speed of 140 mph and can go from 0 to 60 in 7.8 seconds.
King's advice and praise
King, who has been playing darts since he was aged three, said he would advise the darts champ to stick to official parking spaces in the future - but added that Littler has been great for the sport of darts.
He said: "I grew up with him, so all the junior players at my level, when Luke was young, we were trying to copy the best at the time. Luke was the best. We were all trying to copy Luke Littler at the time, and I was lucky enough to play a couple of tournaments with him."
His representatives were approached for further comment.
Littler was crowned the youngest world champion in darts history back in 2025, when he was aged just 17. However, he missed out on the chance to hold the senior and youth world titles simultaneously after suffering a surprise semi-final defeat at this year's youth championship, losing 6-5 to world number 68 Cam Crabtree.
