Burger King perv caught touching himself in front of kids

A man has been caught touching himself inappropriately in a city centre fast food restaurant where children were present. Same Alkfuv left witnesses stunned by rubbing his groin area at the Burger King inside Newcastle Central Station during half-term.

Incident at Newcastle Burger King

The incident occurred on the morning of Wednesday, February 18, around 11am, and those present included a woman and five or six children. Worries about Alkfuv's conduct were reported to the manager, and police ended up being called.

Neil Jones, prosecuting, told Newcastle Crown Court: "The Burger King manager got a complaint from a female customer that a male was inappropriately touching himself. He went to the dining area and witnessed Mr Alkfuv with both hands down his trousers making a rubbing motion towards his groin area. This was a momentary action lasting five to 10 seconds."

Arrest and cocaine discovery

The manager asked him to leave, but he refused, so he was told the police would have to be called. Officers attended, and LNER staff pointed out Alkfuv, and he was arrested, during which he was found to be in possession of cocaine.

When questioned by police, Alkfuv said he had fallen asleep with his hands in his lap while in Burger King. He denied touching himself but then claimed not to remember if he had put his hands down his pants or not but that he may have done when he fell asleep, reports Chronicle Live.

Court outcome

He said he had been sleeping rough and suggested a third party had put the drugs in his pocket, saying he didn't have money for food so why would he buy drugs. Alkfuv, 30, of no fixed address, who has no previous convictions in this country, admitted to outraging public decency and possessing cocaine.

After spending roughly four months on remand, he was given a 12-month conditional discharge. Following Judge Robert Adams' indication of the sentence he intended to impose, no mitigation or information about Alkfuv's background was presented in court.
