The Hollywood Hills home of prominent entrepreneur and showman Jeff Beacher was targeted by burglars last weekend, with thieves making off with a haul of valuable items.
Celebrity Home Targeted During Absence
The break-in occurred while Beacher, 52, was in Miami attending the high-profile Jake Paul versus Anthony Joshua boxing match on Friday. A cleaning crew discovered the crime scene on Monday afternoon and promptly alerted the authorities by calling 911. According to law enforcement sources cited by TMZ, the suspects had already fled the property by the time the discovery was made.
Beacher informed TMZ that his closet had been ransacked and the property trashed. The perpetrators escaped with a significant haul, including cash, jewellery, designer clothing, watches, and valuable personal collections featuring baseball cards and comic books.
High-Value Item Left Behind at Scene
In a curious twist, the thieves seemingly discarded one exceptionally valuable item during their escape. A rare Louis Vuitton jacket, estimated to be worth around $10,000, was found abandoned on the street near his property. Police remained at the scene conducting their burglary investigation as of Tuesday morning.
Despite the violation of his home, Beacher confirmed to TMZ that he still intends to host his scheduled event in St Barths on December 30. The entrepreneur, once dubbed 'The Greatest Showman on the Strip' by Rolling Stone, is determined that the show must go on.
From Vegas Spectacle to Beverly Hills Power Player
Jeff Beacher is best known for creating the wildly popular Beacher's Madhouse, a cabaret and comedy spectacle that became a staple at Hollywood's famous Roosevelt Hotel. The show, featuring an array of unusual performances, quickly became a magnet for A-list celebrities including Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian, Leonardo DiCaprio and Justin Bieber.
His career began with a successful New York version before he moved to Las Vegas in 2003, becoming the youngest headliner on the Strip. After a nationwide tour, he launched the show at the Roosevelt in 2010. Following a period of focusing on his health and losing over 200 pounds, Beacher reinvented himself as a Beverly Hills power player, engaging in venture capital and media partnerships.
He successfully revived the Beacher's Madhouse for a sold-out three-night run in May 2024, demonstrating the enduring appeal of his unique brand of entertainment. The Los Angeles Police Department's investigation into the burglary is ongoing.
