In a disturbing incident caught on CCTV, a heartless thief targeted a deaf woman on a busy London Underground escalator, stealing her wallet in broad daylight. The footage shows the brazen moment the criminal strikes, leaving the victim unaware until it was too late.
The attack occurred at a central London Tube station, where the woman was travelling alone. The perpetrator, seen loitering nearby, quickly moved in as she ascended the escalator, deftly removing her wallet from her bag before disappearing into the crowd.
Victim Left Devastated by Opportunistic Crime
