Christopher Snow, 29, has confessed to ejaculating on a supermarket worker's back at a Walmart Supercenter in St. Petersburg, Florida, because "she was fine", according to police. Court documents state that after the attack he used dog toys taken from the store's shelves to clean himself up.
What police say happened in the pet aisle
The 31-year-old victim was approached at around 10am on Friday while Snow was in the pet aisle, police said. CCTV recorded Snow "approaching the victim from behind and ejaculating on her back", according to police.
The Walmart footage "shows white spots on her back that were not there before", along with a "visible wet spot" on the floor, reports Smoking Gun. Court documents suggest the victim was initially unaware of the attack until another person pointed out the stains; she then "felt stickiness on her back".
Dog toys used to clean up
Snow allegedly used two dog toys to "clean up semen off of himself" and to "clean semen off the floor", say court documents. The items were described as "medium-sized Lamb Chop dog chews".
Walmart workers attempted to stop Snow from fleeing the store, but he managed to leave. He was later arrested and charged with battery, theft, and exposure of sexual organs.
Confession and custody
During his police interview, Snow reportedly confessed and said he was "sorry and that the female was fine". He is jailed in lieu of $16,000 bond.
Snow has been arrested dozens of times previously and has convictions for theft, trespassing, indecent exposure, cocaine possession, disorderly intoxication, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released from prison two weeks before the Walmart incident after serving more than a year on a felony theft conviction.
