Exclusive: 'Death Masks' and Horror 'Trophies' in Epstein's Island Medical Room
Epstein's Island Medical Room: 'Death Masks' Revealed

Freshly released photographs from Jeffrey Epstein's private Caribbean island have exposed a bizarre and sinister medical room, complete with what an expert describes as "death masks" and horror "trophies" adorning its walls.

Sinister Details in the 'Medical' Room

House Democrats on the US Oversight Committee released never-before-seen images and video clips from Little St James island on Friday, 6th December 2025. The release increases pressure on former President Donald Trump ahead of a major document dump scheduled for on or before 19th December.

One particularly chilling image shows a stark white room dominated by a chair resembling a dentist's chair. Surrounding it, an array of masks are hung seemingly at random on the bare walls. Communication expert Judi James, speaking to The Mirror, identified deeply unsettling elements in the setup.

"The medical-looking room probably looks the most sinister though," James stated. "The chair in the middle looks like a dentist's chair but then there are those masks that are hung like death masks around the walls."

An Atmosphere of Surveillance and Unease

James explained that the haphazard placement of the masks transforms them from potential decorative pieces into ominous objects. "The way they are dotted randomly around bare white walls here suggests some form of intrusion as though they are watching whatever occurs in that chair in the middle," she analysed.

She further compared the display to "hunting trophies", adding to the room's disturbing aura. The expert also noted a fake architectural feature—a window or glass door with a solid wall behind it—which she said could easily "make a person feel trapped or uneasy."

Island of Abuse and Powerful Guests

The images offer a grim window into the world Epstein cultivated on his private US Virgin Islands estate. Little St James is suspected of being a primary location where the convicted paedophile sexually abused numerous victims.

Epstein, who was convicted of child sex trafficking in 2008, routinely hosted a global roster of powerful and influential figures at the island prior to his arrest. He was found dead in his New York prison cell in August 2019 while awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges.

The documents released also included a blackboard covered in bizarre writings and photographs of individuals Epstein had on speed dial.

Democrats Push for Transparency

Democrat Representative Robert Garcia, a member of the Oversight Committee, framed the release as a move for public accountability. "These new images are a disturbing look into the world of Jeffrey Epstein and his island," Garcia said. "We are releasing these photos and videos to ensure public transparency in our investigation and to help piece together the full picture of Epstein’s horrific crimes."

This visual evidence precedes a much larger anticipated release of thousands of documents related to the Epstein case, expected to shed further light on his network and activities in the weeks before Christmas.
