Road closure and emergency response
Academy Street was closed at Crown Road and Chapel Street for seven hours while officers carried out enquiries. The road reopened at 5pm. Images from the scene showed fire crews and paramedics in attendance, and an articulated lorry could be seen on the street behind the police cordon.
