An American influencer has been charged with assault following an alleged incident at a London Underground station, according to police.

Melissa Rein Lively, a 40-year-old US national, has been charged with assault by beating. German national Philipp Ostermann, 37, faces two racially aggravated public order offences and an additional public order offence. Both charges stem from an incident at Bond Street Underground station on the evening of October 11 last year, British Transport Police confirmed on Friday.
Background of the Accused
Rein Lively is the founder of an “anti-woke” public relations firm named America First PR, as stated on her Instagram profile. The first court hearing for the case is scheduled for Tuesday, May 19, at Westminster Magistrates’ Court.
