Logan Paul has unveiled the horrific scar he has been left with after undergoing surgery to repair a torn triceps. The WWE superstar had to go under the knife after suffering the brutal injury while competing for the World Tag Team Championship with teammate Austin Theory on Saturday night.
When opponent Angelo Dawkins leapt out of the ring and tried to jump on him, the impact caused Paul, 31, to land awkwardly on his left arm and tear his triceps in the process. He was therefore forced to have surgery on his left triceps this week - and while the procedure was a success, the gruesome scar going all the way from his forearm to the top of his elbow is a terrifying sight.
Paul shared a series of photos on Instagram after his op, with the first one a close-up shot of the scar on his arm. Warning: Graphic content below.

In the caption, Paul wrote: 'Tore my tricep, got surgery while wide awake, told doc I wanna feel it all.' The second photo shows what appears to be an edited image of a person resembling Paul lying on the operating table with eyes wide open in dramatic fashion. He also included a video of himself rewatching the moment Dawkins jumped on him on TV while sporting bandages on his left arm.
'Still the Tag Team champ just FYI,' Paul continued. 'They’re telling me 6 month recovery but I don’t believe them, I’ll be back in a couple weeks with some @drinkprime shake (32g protein).'
Paul's Wrestling and Boxing Career
Paul, who first made his name as a YouTuber, has emerged as one of the most talented athletes on the WWE roster since he first joined the wrestling promotion in the summer of 2022. As well as becoming a WWE superstar, the internet sensation has also tried his hand at boxing over the years, even going the distance with fight icon Floyd Mayweather in a 2021 exhibition.
In his absence after the triceps surgery, Bron Breakker is expected to briefly replace Paul as Theory's tag-team partner.
