The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning near Hammersmith Broadway. The victim, a woman in her 20s, was approached by an unknown man who then assaulted her before fleeing the scene.

Police Appeal for Witnesses

Investigating officers have described the suspect as a tall male, wearing dark clothing at the time of the attack. The released CCTV images show a clear likeness of the individual, and police are hopeful that members of the public may recognise him.

Detective Inspector Sarah Carter from the Met's Sexual Offences Unit stated: "This was a distressing incident, and we are doing everything we can to identify and locate the suspect. We urge anyone who recognises the man in the images or has any information to contact us immediately."
