Police have launched a urgent manhunt for a convicted sex offender who fled from a hospital in London. The Metropolitan Police have warned the public not to approach the individual, identified as 29-year-old Jack Spence.
Spence, who has a history of violent sexual offences, was last seen leaving a medical facility in Westminster. Authorities believe he may pose a significant risk to the public.
Details of the Escape
According to reports, Spence managed to leave the hospital premises unnoticed on Tuesday afternoon. Police were alerted shortly after, but the suspect had already vanished from the area.
Investigators are now reviewing CCTV footage and conducting door-to-door inquiries in an effort to track his movements.

The Met has issued a stern warning, urging members of the public not to approach Spence if spotted. Instead, they should immediately contact emergency services.
"This individual has a history of violent sexual offences and should not be approached under any circumstances," a police spokesperson stated.
