Spence, who has a history of violent sexual offences, was last seen leaving a medical facility in Westminster. Authorities believe he may pose a significant risk to the public.

According to reports, Spence managed to leave the hospital premises unnoticed on Tuesday afternoon. Police were alerted shortly after, but the suspect had already vanished from the area.

Investigators are now reviewing CCTV footage and conducting door-to-door inquiries in an effort to track his movements.
