Police Launch Urgent Appeal to Find Missing Pair

Merseyside Police have issued an urgent public appeal to help locate two missing teenagers who vanished from a family home in the early hours of this morning. Chloe Kelly, aged 14, from Birkenhead, Wirral, is believed to be with a 15-year-old friend named Nico, who is from Wigan. The pair were last seen at the address at 3.12am on Saturday, 20 December 2025, sparking significant concern for their welfare.

Descriptions and Last Known Movements

Officers have released detailed descriptions of both young people in a bid to aid the public in spotting them. Chloe is described as a white female, 5ft 3in tall, with a slight build and blonde/brown hair. It is not currently known what she was wearing.

Nico is described as a white male, 5ft 7in tall, with a medium build, blue/green eyes and short brown hair. He was last seen wearing a grey Nike tracksuit and grey Nike trainers.

Police have indicated that Chloe is known to visit Liverpool city centre, while Nico is known to frequent areas of the Wirral and Manchester. He is originally from Manchester.
