A nearly naked man fell from a third-floor window in Cancún, Mexico, after scrambling to hide from his lover's partner who returned home unexpectedly. The incident occurred on the afternoon of 12 October at the Cielo Nuevo residential complex near Isla Saona Avenue and Isla Palermo Street.
Footage captured by stunned neighbours showed the man, wearing only black shorts, clinging with both hands to the outside of the building. He lost his grip and plummeted onto the concrete pavement as onlookers screamed from below.
Witnesses Describe the Incident
Witnesses said the man had been inside a flat with a married woman when her husband arrived and walked in on them. The panicked lover then climbed out of a rear window to avoid a confrontation.
Neighbours immediately called emergency services after the fall.
Emergency Response and Hospitalisation
Municipal police officers and Civil Protection paramedics raced to the scene to treat the injured man at the roadside. He was stabilised on site before being rushed to Cancún General Hospital Jesús Kumate Rodríguez for health checks.
The full extent of his injuries has not been confirmed, with some later reports indicating he had not suffered any major trauma. Police remained at the scene and spoke privately with the couple involved, but no arrests were made.
