Judge in 'Baby Alien' Alligator Case Returns

Judge Marcus Bach Armas, who gained viral fame for upstaging the controversial 'looksmaxxing' influencer Clavicular, returned to court on Wednesday to sentence another online personality, Yabdiel Anibal Cotto Torres, known as 'Baby Alien'. Cotto Torres, 26, was charged with discharging a firearm towards an alligator in the Florida Everglades.

Plea and Sentencing

Cotto Torres pleaded no contest and received six months of probation, according to NBC Miami. He must also complete 20 hours of community service and attend firearm safety courses from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

Background of the Case

In a video posted last month, Cotto Torres, along with influencers Braden Peters (Clavicular) and Andrew 'Cuban Tarzan' Morales, was seen on an airboat in the Francis S. Taylor Everglades Wildlife Management Area. Peters pointed a handgun into swampy waters and fired at an alligator. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission investigated after the video circulated online.

Peters was sentenced last Friday by Judge Bach Armas to 20 hours of community service and six months of probation, but the judge became the focus of attention as online commenters noted his striking appearance, using slang like 'mogged' to describe how he overshadowed Peters.

Attorney Statements

Cotto Torres' attorney, Yale Sanford, stated that the no contest plea allows his client to 'move forward and focus on the future.' Sanford added, 'Known to millions online as Baby Alien, he has built a large following through humor and entertainment, and he looks forward to continuing to create content that makes people smile.'

Influencer Profiles

Cotto Torres has nearly 394,000 followers on TikTok, where he posts comedy sketches and raunchy content. Peters, on the other hand, is known for 'looksmaxxing,' an internet subculture where young men go to extreme lengths to enhance their physical attractiveness.
