Four Teens Arrested After Huddersfield Stabbing

Four teenage boys have been arrested following a stabbing in Huddersfield that left a 30-year-old woman fighting for her life. The suspects reportedly fled the scene on an e-bike after the attack on Topaz Close last Monday at approximately 10:30 PM.

Arrests Made

A 17-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. Three other boys, aged 18, 17, and 16, have been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender. All suspects are from the Huddersfield area, according to West Yorkshire Police.

Victim's Condition

The victim sustained serious neck and head injuries and remains in hospital in critical condition. Police have confirmed that her condition is life-threatening.

Police Appeal

West Yorkshire Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone who saw two suspects on e-bikes, particularly in the Birkby and Edgerton areas, before or after the stabbing. They are urging anyone with information to come forward.

A police spokesperson said: 'Kirklees CID is continuing to appeal for witnesses after a woman was stabbed and left with serious head and neck injuries. Officers arrested a 17-year-old boy on suspicion of attempted murder and three teenage boys on suspicion of assisting an offender. The victim remains in hospital in a critical condition.'
