The discovery was made on Tuesday, 11th June, in the Redland area of Bristol, bringing a devastating conclusion to the investigation into the disappearance of 19-year-old Jack O’Sullivan.
Jack was last seen in the early hours of Saturday, 2nd March, after a night out with friends. His heartbroken family had tirelessly appealed for information, clinging to hope for his safe return.
In a solemn statement, Avon and Somerset Police confirmed the development. "Formal identification has not yet taken place," a force spokesperson said, "however, Jack’s family have been informed of this update and are being supported by specially trained officers."
