A party-loving gangster who has posed alongside a former murder suspect has also been photographed with a string of A-list celebrities over the years. Robert Kelbie, 43, was pictured grinning next to underworld figure Andy Cairns at a £400,000 high-society event held at the Gleneagles Hotel. Cairns, 47, has served time for assault, robbery and firearms offences and was referenced during financial adviser Lynda Spence's murder trial in 2013 as "a known thug and gangster".
Snaps With Noel Gallagher and Tyson Fury
Kelbie has been pictured on multiple occasions with rock star Noel Gallagher. On 6th July last year, he shared a photo with Gallagher following Oasis' opening two nights of their Oasis Live '25 Tour at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff. Beaming while holding a beer and wearing an Oasis lanyard, Kelbie has an arm draped around the frontman's shoulder. He captioned the picture: "If Carlsberg done nights. Best night #oasis".
In August 2024, Kelbie was pictured with Gallagher again, this time with boxer Tyson Fury also in the frame. The photo appears to have been taken backstage at Kendal Calling Festival, which Fury attended with his wife, Paris, that year. He also enjoyed Gallagher's company back in 2023.
Kelbie's latest celebrity snapshot features former world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury. He posted a picture standing in Fury's shadow at his press conference with Anthony Joshua in London on September 30. The occasion marked the British heavyweight clash between the duo scheduled for Cardiff's Principality Stadium on December 11. In a separate photograph from that day, Kelbie appears with an arm around Fury's brother Tommy Fury. The former Love Island contestant, who is engaged to influencer Molly Mae, features elsewhere on his feed. In February 2023, he beams alongside the fighter following his victory against influencer Jake Paul in Saudi Arabia.
Encounters With Ronaldo, Rooney and Ferguson
Kelbie appeared starstruck beside Cristiano Ronaldo a couple of years back. He encountered the Portuguese international at the Tyson Fury vs. Oleksandr Usyk face-off in Saudi Arabia in May 2024. Kelbie, wearing an event lanyard, appears thrilled as Ronaldo, in an all-white ensemble, gives a thumbs up for the camera while seated ringside.
Kelbie also appears buzzing while pictured beside former Manchester United legend Wayne Rooney. The duo can be spotted grinning next to another individual while standing pitchside at a football fixture in February 2025. The former England international, who currently stars in The Real Rooneys, a documentary chronicling life with his wife Coleen Rooney and their four sons, is rumoured to be heading into the I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here jungle this Christmas.
Glasgow-born football icon Sir Alex Ferguson made time for Kelbie, a fellow Scot, back in November 2021. Kelbie shared snaps with Ferguson on two different occasions, both looking dapper in suits and ties. The sharp-looking duo can be seen grinning in one snap, and clasping hands in a corridor in another. The occasion they were attending remains unknown, but Kelbie appears thrilled to be in the presence of the former Man U boss.
Photo With Mike Tyson
Kelbie's Instagram feed also features a snap of him with former American boxer Mike Tyson. Posing with a legend of the ring once more, Kelbie looks stern as he takes a selfie beside Iron Mike, who only retired in 2024, having competed professionally since 1985, in a bright outdoor setting. The picture was shared in February 2023 and Kelbie looks youthful in a blue shirt as he snaps the selfie next to Tyson, who seems somewhat caught unaware but happy to be photographed with him all the same.
