British Tourists Continue Harassing Israeli Holidaymakers in Vietnam

A British mother and daughter, who sparked widespread outrage after a video showed them abusing Israelis in a restaurant, have emerged in two new videos where they continue to aggressively confront Jewish travellers in Vietnam. The duo, whose initial clip went viral this week, are seen in fresh footage taunting and pursuing visibly Jewish holidaymakers at a mountainside temple and in a hotel lobby.

Confrontation at Mountain Temple

In one video filmed at a Vietnamese mountainside temple, the British women pass a group of four travellers and call out: 'Baby killers. You're murderers.' One of the Israeli women responds by making a love-heart symbol with her hands. As the group tries to walk away, one of the British tourists pursues them down the hill, demanding: 'Are you proud of yourself for murdering children?'

The woman with dyed red hair and a striped shirt then jeers: 'You're not so tough without your guns and bombs. Why are you running away?' She strides aggressively toward the Israelis, who have stopped in the road, and repeatedly says: 'What are you gonna do?'

One of the Israeli women replies: 'I want to talk,' while a man in the group says: 'I'm not going to touch you.' As the group walks off, the taunts continue with 'You just kill babies' and 'disgusting.' Finally, one British tourist says 'I'm gonna vomit,' and the other makes a retching sound.

Hotel Lobby Confrontation

A third video shows the pair confronting an Israeli woman in a hotel lobby. They ask whether she killed people when she was in the Israel Defence Forces (IDF), to which the woman replies: 'Actually, no.' One of them then asks the tourist whether she 'condemns the genocide' as she walks away from them.

The videos have been posted by several pro-Palestinian social media accounts, attracting positive comments such as 'Well done ladies.' A spokesperson from the Community Security Trust (CST) told the Daily Mail: 'The footage circulating online of Israeli tourists being harassed by British tourists while on holiday is utterly disgraceful. This is blatant racism masquerading as so-called anti-Zionism and exposes the antisemitism that is all too common in anti-Israel circles.'

Previous Restaurant Incident

The first video that gained traction online showed the British pair directing vile abuse at an Israeli couple in a restaurant. They labelled them 'murderers,' 'savages,' 'monsters' and 'rats,' and made false antisemitic claims, including referencing the debunked idea that Jews have been expelled from 109 countries.

In that incident, the tourists questioned the couple about their origins, mocked their language, and denied Israel's existence. The confrontation escalated with chants including 'Viva, viva Iran' and 'Boom, boom, Tel Aviv, this is what you get for all your evil deeds.' As the Israeli couple decided to leave, the British women continued their abuse, telling them to 'get lost' and calling them 'genocidal.'

The ongoing harassment has highlighted concerns about antisemitism in travel contexts, with the CST condemning the behaviour as racist and unacceptable. The new videos demonstrate a persistent pattern of aggression by the British tourists toward Israeli holidaymakers abroad.
