Lee Andrews, the husband of Katie Price, has volunteered to undergo a lie detector test on live television to refute allegations that he scammed a vulnerable woman out of £5,000. The 43-year-old, who brands himself 'Britain's Bad Boy,' announced the offer in an Instagram selfie alongside his wife, Katie, 48.
Allegations of a £5,000 Visa Scam
According to a friend of the alleged victim, an Iranian woman met Lee in a hotel reception in January and confided her concerns about her property investment visa. Lee, who had recently returned to social media after a month in prison, reportedly assured her he had connections in immigration and accepted £5,000 in cash to secure the visa. The friend, named Daniel, told The Sun: 'She trusted him and she thought he could sort everything for her. She was pretty fraught when this was all happening; she is vulnerable, being honest.'
Daniel claimed that after the money disappeared, Lee made a series of promises but failed to deliver. Daniel confronted Lee at the same hotel, demanding he look him in the eyes and confirm the visa was coming. Lee replied that he was 'only trying to help' and that there was 'nothing in it for him.' Daniel extended his trip to recover the money, but Lee allegedly said he didn't have it and that someone else did, leading to a bank transfer promise that never materialized. The woman is still owed her money.
Lee's History of Controversy
This is not the first time Lee has faced accusations of dishonesty. Since marrying Katie Price, he has been embroiled in multiple scandals. He initially claimed to be a multi-millionaire CEO of Aura Group Future Urban Travel 2027 and an investor in SpaceX Hybrid Fitness, but his social media profile—featuring AI-generated photos with Elon Musk and Kim Kardashian—was exposed as a fabrication. He was also banned from leaving Dubai after allegedly serving time in Al Awir central prison for fraud, reportedly taking out a £200,000 mortgage in his ex-girlfriend's name without her knowledge.
In addition, Lee and Katie teased a fake pregnancy early in their relationship, with Katie urging followers to pay £2.99 for pregnancy test results before confirming she was not pregnant. Two exes accused him of being a 'liar, narcissist and manipulator,' and it was reported he had begged women for money weeks before his wedding. One ex, Alana, called him the 'Tinder Swindler' on Instagram, claiming multiple women had contacted her about his attempts to scam them.
Recent Bizarre Claims
Lee's lie detector offer follows a series of outrageous statements. He recently claimed to have adopted Katie's five children, including Princess, 18, and Junior, 21, whom she shares with ex-husband Peter Andre. A source told Metro: 'It is categorically untrue and yet another lie. They haven't even met him.' Lee has never set foot in the UK to meet the children. He also claimed he would join the BBC soap EastEnders, but a source dismissed this, stating: 'There are no plans for Lee Andrews to appear.'
