In a harrowing case that has shocked authorities in Harris County, Texas, three young sisters endured months of unimaginable captivity before an 11-year-old girl's brave escape brought their suffering to light.
The Desperate Escape
According to court documents, the nightmare began to unravel when the 11-year-old victim managed to free herself from restraints and flee the family home in northwest Houston. The courageous girl immediately sought help from neighbours, who were horrified by her emaciated appearance and disturbing account.
"She was extremely malnourished, you could see her bones," one neighbour told local media, describing the child's condition as heartbreaking.
House of Horrors Discovered
