A defendant has denied murdering a man who was allegedly found with stab wounds at a property. Kenneth Fishwick is accused of murdering 51-year-old Dean Fishwick, in Peterlee, County Durham, on September 24.
The 53-year-old appeared at Teesside Crown Court and pleaded not guilty to the single charge. Dean Fishwick died in hospital after he was allegedly found with stab wounds at a property on Thames Road.
Trial Date Set
Judge Francis Laird KC adjourned the case for trial, which will take place on April 12 next year. Fishwick was remanded into custody until his next court appearance.
