Former Celebrity Big Brother winner Stephen Bear has been sentenced to 16 months' immediate imprisonment for breaching a restraining order put in place to protect his ex-girlfriend.
He arrived at Chelmsford Crown Court this afternoon hand-in-hand with his pregnant wife Miami, waving and saying "wish me luck, guys" as he went into the court building. Bear and his Brazilian partner announced in March that they are expecting their first child.
Background of the Case
He was sentenced for a charge of harassment by breaching a restraining order that came with his 2023 conviction for filming a sex tape of Georgia Harrison - who waived her legal right to anonymity - without consent and posting it online.
Bear pleaded guilty to five counts of failing to comply with sex offenders register notification requirements at Thames Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
