Disneyland Guest Injured in Queue-Jumping Altercation at Indiana Jones Ride

A dispute over queue-jumping escalated into a physical altercation at Disneyland's Indiana Jones Adventure ride on December 30, leaving one man injured. The incident occurred around 2 p.m. when one group attempted to bypass another in the line, according to Anaheim Police Sergeant Matt Sutter.

The verbal argument turned violent, resulting in one male sustaining injuries. He received first aid at the park and remained with his family for the rest of the day. The victim declined media interview requests, Sutter told The Independent.

The suspect fled the park and remains at large, but police are following strong leads and believe he is a Southern California resident. “There are two sides to every story, so we need to hear from him,” Sutter said. Authorities are appealing for eyewitness accounts or video footage.

Witnesses reported that the confrontation lasted about 30 seconds, with the suspect delivering a final sucker punch before fleeing with his family. The victim's wife, posting on Reddit as Wittwitbarista, disputed claims that her husband cut in line, stating he confronted a group who admitted to cutting. She shared a photo showing a facial gash requiring stitches and said the family intends to press charges once the suspect is identified.
