Wetherspoons is set to open three new pubs in just four days, marking its most rapid expansion to date. The pubs, located on Haven holiday parks, will open just in time for the Easter holidays.
The first of the trio, The Springfield, will open on Tuesday at Haven’s Cala Gran site near Blackpool. With a capacity of around 600 customers, it is the largest of the three. On Friday, The White Clover will open at Haven’s Hopton park in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, and The Bluff will open at the Riviere Sands site in Hayle, Cornwall.
These openings follow the recent launch of The Alfred Wainwright at Haven’s Lakeland site in Cumbria. Combined, the four new pubs are expected to create around 400 jobs. Wetherspoons now operates nine pubs on Haven parks, which are projected to serve one million pints this year.
The collaboration with Haven is part of Wetherspoons' strategy to grow through partnerships, both in the UK and abroad. Last week, the company announced plans to open two more pubs at Barcelona–El Prat Airport in Spain, following its first continental European pub at Alicante Airport last month.
Each new pub features a specially designed carpet. The Springfield’s carpet includes a glass-domed ceiling motif of Fleetwood’s Marine Hall, The White Clover’s design reflects coastal surroundings, and The Bluff’s flooring is inspired by the Hayle Estuary.
Simon Palethorpe, Haven chief executive, said: “I know just how much holiday makers will enjoy these three new Wetherspoons this Easter. Along with one we opened at Haven Lakeland at the start of March, they’re a fantastic addition to our parks for 2026.”
