Jet2 has reinforced its No Fuel Surcharges guarantee, confirming that customers booking Winter 2026/27 flights and holidays will not face added costs. The airline has repeated its promise that the price customers book is the price they will pay, with no fuel surcharge added after booking.
Commitment covers all seasons
The renewed commitment comes as millions of people plan their winter sun, city, Christmas market and ski breaks. Jet2 was the first UK airline and tour operator to make this commitment earlier this year, removing the surcharge provision across all flights and holidays.
The guarantee applies to all flights and holidays across all seasons on sale, including Summer 27, Winter 27/28 and Summer 28. It covers all Jet2 flights and holidays booked through any channel, whether online, mobile app, contact centre or via an independent travel agent.
Customer certainty promised
