EasyJet has announced the launch of a new route from Liverpool John Lennon Airport to Budapest, Hungary, with flights now on sale. The service will commence on November 19, 2026, operating twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays.

Budapest is one of Europe's most popular city break destinations, known for landmarks such as Buda Castle, the Parliament Building, and the Chain Bridge. Visitors can relax in its iconic thermal baths, explore the Danube riverfront, and enjoy a thriving food and drink scene. The city is particularly popular during the festive winter season.

The new service enhances Liverpool’s connectivity for passengers across the North West and North Wales, while further strengthening our offering to key city break markets.”

Pricing and Network Growth
Seats are available to book now at easyJet.com and via the easyJet mobile app from £25.99. EasyJet’s network from Liverpool now offers 41 routes to 18 countries. Over the past 12 months, easyJet has added several new destinations and increased capacity at the airport. During the summer, the airline based an additional aircraft in Liverpool, bringing the total to eight.
