Gavi has made a decision on joining Manchester United, according to the latest reports. The Barcelona midfielder has opted to stay at the Camp Nou, delivering a blow to United's hopes of strengthening their midfield.
Transfer Window Update
With fewer than two weeks left in the summer window, United are still active in the market. Michael Carrick has already added Karl Darlow, Andrey Santos and Youri Tielemans to his first-team plans, with youngsters Kit Margetson, Cristian Orozco and Tynan Thompson also arriving.
United remain keen to add to their squad. A left back is among their priorities, with persistent links to Newcastle's Lewis Hall and Club Brugge's Joaquin Seys. So far, they have come up against clubs unwilling to sell.
Midfield and Attack Targets
They are also interested in adding yet another midfielder and some competition for Benjamin Sesko up front. Inter Milan striker Pio Esposito is among those United could consider.
There could still be departures, too. Joshua Zirkzee has been linked with a move back to Italy, with Juventus and Napoli said to be interested in securing his services.
