The 25-year-old is no stranger to Liverpool fans, as he's previously been linked with a move to Anfield back when Jurgen Klopp was manager, during the French star's stint at Ligue 1 side Nice.
The Les Bleus international has been a pivotal figure for the Italian heavyweights during his two-year stint, but was overlooked for Didier Deschamps' World Cup 2026 squad this month. Standing at 6ft 4in, Thuram's physical prowess and ability to contribute both defensively and offensively could prove invaluable. Inter Milan's interest in Liverpool midfielder Curtis Jones dates back to January, and the Serie A champions have reignited their pursuit of the 25-year-old this summer. They report the two parties have yet to agree on a valuation, with Inter proposing a £17 million bid and Liverpool slapping a £26 million price tag on their homegrown talent. The asking price hasn't deterred Inter, with Gazzetta dello Sport suggesting that once they finalise a deal for Atalanta star Marco Palestra, they'll turn their attention to Jones, aiming to secure his services before pre-season training kicks off on July 16.
