New Documentary Details
The 90-minute documentary follows former Citibank trader Gary Stevenson, now an economic campaigner, as he travels across the UK to examine structural wealth inequality. According to Channel 4's synopsis, Stevenson explores the wealth gap that he believes is tearing UK society apart, meeting both struggling individuals and multi-millionaires, including billionaires. The documentary features a photocall with the 'Patriotic Millionaires' campaign, a group of British millionaires advocating for an end to extreme wealth and inequality. Stevenson argues for a wealth tax as a solution and debates opponents of his ideas.
As of now, Channel 4 has not announced what will follow the documentary in the schedule.
