A woman has finally opened a Missguided parcel that was mistakenly delivered to her in 2016, nearly a decade ago, and shared the surprising contents on social media. Jess, known as sideofsequins on Instagram, posted a video showing the unboxing, which quickly amassed over 26,000 likes.
In the video, Jess tears into the package, revealing an expired coupon from 2016 as proof of its age. She explained that she had ordered clothes from Missguided in 2015 but received the wrong parcel. When she contacted the company, they told her to keep it. However, she never opened the inner bags until now.
The haul included a cream-coloured bodysuit with a tie detail, which Jess noted she could not try on due to pregnancy. She then pulled out a pencil skirt, followed by another with lace-up details, a white button-up shirt, a black lace-adorned top, and a basic crop top. Jess speculated that the original buyer was 'making outfits' for the mid-2010s corporate club wear trend.
Her followers were amazed at her patience, with comments like 'How on earth did you not tear into that?' and 'This is a time capsule!' Jess wondered about the intended wearer, saying, 'I wonder where she was going? I wonder what she was wearing this for.'
