New research has identified the 10 highest-rated Wetherspoon pubs with beer gardens across the UK, with the top venue located just an hour's drive from Liverpool. The Bishop Blaize in Stretford secured first place with a 4.4-star rating based on 2,641 Google reviews, offering pints of Carlsberg for as little as £2.77.
Methodology and top 10 list
The SEO platform Local Falcon analysed 663 Wetherspoon venues across the UK that the chain's website lists as having a licensed outdoor space. Researchers collected Google ratings for each establishment, using the number of reviews to break ties for identical ratings.
